Do you offer tours?


Sure do - we offer a hand ful of 3D tours on the website. And, if you want us to walk you through the apartments in real time, we also offer virtual tours pending availabitliy.




What are your move-in dates?


We like to keep everything consistent, so we push all the move-in's to September 15th




Do you allow pets?


For sure. We love the furry friends and both cats and dogs are allowed - but, we do have some breed restrictions...so maybe let us know if you think you have a pup on that list. Here are some quick details - Two pet limit per household. Additional deposit of $400 required.
Pet rent: Pets under 30 lbs.: $35 per month Pets 30 lbs. and over: $50 per month We utilize a third party screening company called PetScreening.com. All pets will be qualified through this database.




Tell me about parking?


Since parking is extremely limited, we do charge for spaces. All parking is secuired in either a garage or gated carport. Each space is $50/month and on a first come, first served basis.




Does Highland Parc offer any amenities?


Of course we do! Highland Parc North offers a BBQ Area with picnic tables and a large renovated pool with outdoor furniture and a cabana. Highland Parc South offers a small putting green and a hot fire pit. Our residents can use the facilitie at either property, and the properties are next to each other. Each property has on-site laundry.




How do the utilities work?


All residents agree to have electricity and sewer transferred to their name by
contacting Riverside Public Utilities at: (951) 782 – 0330 and provide us with your utility account number prior to your move in date.
Each apartment is individually metered for gas, so you will setup an account with SoCal gas and they can be reached at (877) 238-0092. Water and Trash will be billed monthly per bed space and are paid online with the rent payment.
