Highland Parc is just three blocks from the University of California Riverside and a block from nearby food, shopping, and entertainment.  

 

The property was purchased in March 2019 and was completely renovated by September 2019. All units were upgraded with new flooring, two tone paint, new appliances, quartz counters, new fixtures and lights and so much more.  The exterior was painted, with new door numbers, new entrance facade with our amazing new mural, new pool and deck, furniture and bbq, and all new drought-tolerant landscape throughout. The renovation turned out better than expected and we are so happy to have all of our new tenants in! 

 

Though we are 100% leased up for the 2019/2020 season, we are taking new submissions for the 2020/2021 season beginning...NOW, so if you are interested in getting on our waiting list, please feel free to contact our leasing team.
